Returns

At The Pointer Trading Co., we hope you love every item you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include original tags and packaging (when applicable).
• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive your store credit via email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and work with you on the best resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
